Capella Cluster Operations Experiencing Delays

An issue was identified in Capella Control Plane that was creating a backpressure on one of the internal services and causing delays in processing certain Cluster Operations. Affected users would have observed delays in the Scheduled On/Off operations on the cluster, or delay in backups. The issue has been mitigated now and all services are operational now.
